Shipping & Returns

• Tables and other large furniture: USD 200 per item.
• Chairs: USD 150 per item.
• Ashtrays and other small objects: USD 30 per item.
• The checkout will show the applicable charge before payment.

After your order is accepted, we will confirm preparation and delivery details using the email or telephone number provided at checkout. Transit estimates can change because of carrier, customs, weather, or destination conditions.

Please photograph the outer packaging and the piece before discarding any packing materials, then contact us promptly with your order number. We will review the evidence and coordinate the appropriate carrier claim, repair, replacement, or refund.

Contact us before sending anything back. Eligibility depends on the item, its condition, and the reason for return. Approved items must be returned in their original condition and protective packaging. Return shipping may be deducted from the refund unless the item arrived damaged, incorrect, or faulty.

Made-to-order, personalised, and commissioned pieces normally cannot be returned for a change of mind once production begins. This does not affect remedies that apply when a piece is damaged, faulty, or not supplied as agreed.

Once a refund is approved, it is issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider controls how long the funds take to appear.
